To learn more of the supply chain management, LSCMA organized an investigation team to Fung Group on the morning of Feb 1st. The team were comprised by 21 representatives from leading supply chain management enterprises and led by Member of Standing Committee of Municipal Committee and Director of United Front Work Department of Shenzhen Municipality. The chairman of Li & Fung Group-Victor K. Fung, managing director- Jiamin Zhang and executive vice president of Li & Fung Logistics - Ruiqiang Lei received the team and made detailed introduction on the operating mode, management experience and business environment of Li & Fung Group.

Li & Fung Group is known as one of the global biggest trade and purchasing enterprise as well as the leading supply chain management enterprise in the world. Its unique global supply chain management has contributed itself selecting as the MBA teaching cases for Harvard Business School 4 times and its operating mode was highly praised and learned by supply chain management enterprises of China or even the world.

Shenzhen is the domestic bellwether of modern logistics development as well as the leader of supply chain management industry in China. So far, more than 500 supply chain management companies in Shenzhen, taking up over 80% supply chain management companies in China. Many modern leading supply chain management enterprises set their headquarters in Shenzhen, including China South City, SF Express, Eternal Asia, Tempus, Feima, YH Global. Shenzhen will spare no effort to build itself as an important supply chain management center of Asia-Pacific region.
